A TABLE FOR TWO


Less is more
Even with snow in the air I've decided that
spring has arrived. Therefore Coronavirus
isolation aside I'm committed to having
a lovely Easter dinner. While historically
we may host a dozen, this year less is more.
Given it's just Frank and myself we've no
need to fuss. Yet there it's never been more
important to make things special. So I plan
to setting a table pour deux. And preparing
a holiday meal as if all was "normal". The
difference being less stress, no crowds, and
most important - no Covid 19. To help you
